Job description:
  • Supporting 2 x Directors to convert Operational Excellence process maps into excel "ARIS templates”.
  • Current expectation is for there to be 29 conversions needed.
  • Support Treasury Central Governance in reviewing, mapping, and building formal structure between OpEx and established process/risk/control (PRC) inventory across Treasury, in line with the Treasury Control Framework.
  • Assist Strategic Initiative Executive in accelerating the delivery of a new job code/profile framework across Treasury.
  • Track status of deliverables across Treasury Strategic Initiatives team.
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects across Treasury.

  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
  • Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years change management, PMO, finance or similar experience
  • Process design
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ideal candidate would have a strong comprehension of the bank organizational structure
  • Ability to work independently
