- Ability to communicate technical understanding to non technical business partners
- Ability to work as part of team, also independently
- Flexibility in work schedule is necessary, as system issues and implementations can sometimes occur during nighttime hours and weekends
- Practical experience with Microsoft upgrades and User Rollup process
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong analytical/research experience for completing troubleshooting of the application
- Must have experience in Agile methodologies
- Must be result oriented

Requirements - Technical
- 5+ years experience developing web applications, web services, and .NET applications
- 5+ years experience with SQL Server 2014 (nice to have experience in data modeling & t-SQL development)
- 2+ years experience in advanced programming or configuration skills using .NET 3.5, ASP.NET, C#, WebServices, MicroServices, SharePoint, MQ Series, MS SQL Server 2014
- Hands on experience to analyze and develop/debug Windows Services
- Hands on experience to analyze and develop SSIS packages
- Experience in performance tuning - SQL query optimization
- Hands on with software release version control in SVN or TFS
- Knowledge of integration to other internal applications with middleware (web) services: including, but not limited to CORE integrations, MIDE integrations, and SAFE validation integrations

Nice to have
- Solutioning, design and implementation of MicroServices
- Experience with coherence or any memory caching implementation

- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work with group of developers on complex projects developing business requirements identification, analysis and development, including policies, procedures and standards
- Skilled in authoring technical documentation and performing reviews, design, data manipulation, and creative problem solving
- Ability to take initiative and communication skills are essential
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, can work on multiple projects in parallel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to clearly articulate, document and communicate problem and resolution plans
- Ability to provide support and resolve issues during non-business hours
- Demonstrated problem analysis and solving skills including complex problems
- Proven ability to interpret business requirements into data solutions
- Excellent track record of execution and delivery

Minimum Education and Certifications
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience
