Job Description
Role combines expert project management and communication skills with a passion for user experience to help your team innovate on new technology areas. Manage our UXR participant database and streamline communication outreach. Collaborate cross functionally with Designers, Program Managers, and Engineers to coordinate and manage our global UX and Alpha programs and customer outreach.

  • Mandatory BA/BS in any field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated program/project management skills, with the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously successful with a great attention to detail
  • Clear communicator both written and verbal.
  • Good at connecting with various audiences and influencing individuals and groups
  • Familiarity with user-centered design process and product development processes.
  • Experience working with design, research, and engineering teams on innovative projects.
  • Track record of coordinating user experience research Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar & Google Slides
