Identity & Access Management (IAM) Functional Analyst

Analysts should have both technical experience and excellent written and oral communications skills. Individuals in this role should exhibit keen attention to detail, customer focus, and excellent organizational and time management skills to mange multiple streams of work.
The Candidate would play a supporting role in the WM entitlement management with the following responsibilities:
Service Now queue monitoring for service requests and incident tickets processing within SLA for EPR entitlements user queries
Support of RACF IDs – Creation, modification and deletion of user/system/ shared access over multiple platform which includes RACF and CICS transactions
ProdID RACF ID Password Resets / Resumes in PROD
User RACF ID Resumes
TSO Mgmt/Alias creation, Terminal ID assignment
Creation of Branch Office for BOSS, PINS group, BOTA
Provide Group Chat monitoring support to TechConnect agents for entitlement and RACF support (including entitlement questions and RACF password resets across various environments)
Interaction with IT Developers, project managers, and product owners to onboard new vendor applications, products or services to EPR. Tasks include:
Vetting out requests for potential support
Ensuring documentation is in place or documenting the process for processing requests
Developing troubleshooting instructions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Participation in testing of items in QA/UAT prior to Production release
Third party vendor application management including entitlement management process and vendor interaction
Special project designation including reorganizations/administration changes/environment upgrades and annual review reconciliation processing
Manually provisioning of failed EPR requests (Aveksa, EPR Auto provisioning, PWM Secure, MDS, etc)
Project Support (CMOD cleanup, AIS Cleanup, Terminal ID, etc.)
Basic EPR reporting
Quarterly Password reset activities
Batch failure escalation handling
Escalating to L2 Core in case any of the BAU activities would need additional analysis.
Following documented process for implementations and basic analysis. Maintaining updated knowledge management articles.
The candidate should be a team player with the desire to increase data security, entitlement management and knowledge. The role requires credibility and confidence interacting with all level of users from both business unit branch offices and technology. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team along with NY and India team members, across multiple time zones in shifts covering 7am to 7pm EST with rotating weekend coverage.
