Role Description
The Change Management Specialist will work closely with the Change Management Lead and play a key role in supporting the Change Management activities focused on supporting the goals of the Channels SCoE.

The Change Management Specialist will work to manage how the key stakeholders and target groups engage with Channels SCoE transformation program, help drive more efficient and effective adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting customers and/or employees in the organization to achieve the targeted benefits as defined by the transformation program.

The ideal candidate should have background and experiences in large-scale technology change initiatives and skill set where the change was focused on Agile, DevOps & Testing transformation to realize faster, smarter spend of dollars & improved employee experience. This person will need to understand the change agenda, define and manage the stakeholder segments and mapping, coordinate the stakeholder interactions and communications, create draft communications and work with learning professionals to lead an end-to-end effective change strategy.

Specific Educational Requirements/ Accreditations:
• PROSCI certification or equivalent
• 7+ years of relevant work experience related to change management, organizational development, or corporate communications
• Agile, Testing & DevOps experience would be preferred
• Content manager, multimedia, graphic/print design expertise required with preference for demonstrated proficiency in Confluence, Jira, PPT


1.) Minimum of PROSCI certification or equivalent methodolgy
2.) Atleast 5 years of relevant work experience related to change management
3.) Confluence /PPT – ability to create Executive level materials, talking points through to front-line people managers
4.) Applied understanding of Agile, Testing & DevOps
5.) Exposure or direct experience in financial services sector (e.g. strong customer focus, regulatory, compliance environment, etc.)
