Customer Service Representative

NTT DATA is seeking Customer Services Representatives to support our large Healthcare client with their seasonal open enrollment period.

We will be starting a paid training class that will last 4 weeks, on Oct 15.  We need candidates that can be there everyday and are commited to the length of the assignment.

Responsible for:
Taking customer calls and walking through enrollment
Answering questions
Working with computer and telephone

Customer service experience needed
Patient and understanding demearnor
Great communication skills both verbal and wirtten
Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Nice to have:
Previous customer service experience
Previous experience working in a call center/contact center
Healthcare industry knowledge
