Associate End User Services Analyst

  • Professional, organized hardware technical able to multitask multiple responsibilities daily keeping our teams SLA with the business.
  • Must be able to configure corporate environment equipment and maintain standards. Troubleshoot, repair multiple devices daily. Receive daily mail delivery, processing and updating tickets and notifying supervisors of status.
  • Update, open, close tickets and deliver status updates to end users.
  • Work with Active Directory, SCCM and support all issues immediately.
  • Work as part of a cohesive team, delivering VIP level support to our end user community.
  • Applicant will be supporting sales representatives.
  • Issues must be resolved quickly and at the speed of business. All tickets and issues are handled with the highest importance within our team. Applicant must be prepared to work as a team to resolve issues quickly.
Minimum Required Skills:
  • Related work experience Applicant must be able to confidently troubleshoot laptops/tablets/smartphones/network issues
  • Applicant must have knowledge of how to configure a Windows/Mac laptop in a corporate environment Applicant must have a working knowledge of Windows 10/ iOS and Android a plus.
  •  Applicant must have excellent customer service skills and be prepared to speak directly users.
  • Applicant must be able to repair basic hardware equipment. I.E. (screen replacements, fix printers)
  • Applicant must have a basic understanding of data recovery and data management
  • Applicant must have a basic understanding of networks/VPN
Formal education or equivalent:
  • College 4-year degree, Technical school or work experience is acceptable.
Technical Skills:
  • Laptop/Computer configuration, repair. ability to follow directions and analytically resolve issues on the fly.
  • Must be able to work independently to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision. Data recovery.
Software Skills:
  • Windows 7,10. iOS, MS Office, VPN, SCCM, Active Directory, BitLocker experience, Gmail, Google Apps Other: Troubleshooting, customer service, inventory control
