This position will be responsible for developing content-rich assets to support the marketing and sales objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This individual will work in conjunction with a variety of cross-functional associates, third-party vendors and industry experts to build out marketing data-driven content packages that address buyer journeys for the purpose of driving audience acquisition, engagement and conversion across relevant digital channels. The position requires the talents of a skilled writer/content producer and project manager to deliver best-in-class content across various media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write, edit and develop content packages that address buyer journeys for the purpose of driving audience acquisition, engagement and conversion across relevant digital channels; asset types may include but are not limited to blog posts, FAQs, interactive how-to and best practices guidebooks, special reports, and buyer's and switcher's guides

Conduct research and interviews to determine marketplace issues, industry implications, and various functional area points of view in an effort to ensure prospect and client relevance

• Present and defend concept drafts, and work through editing & versioning process

• Coordinate and provide creative direction on assets listed above to maintain corporate branding standards

Manage legal and branding reviews for all assets in purview

Manage content development operations, including overseeing inventory, updates to content taxonomy, cross-team content development workflows, and public-facing content resource hub

Analyze and measure usage and effectiveness of sales and marketing content and optimize as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field.
• 5+ years of experience in multichannel content creation,
including such projects/programs as webcasts, executive briefings, sales collateral, social media, infographics, direct mail, email/lead nurturing campaigns, sales support tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
• MBA in marketing.
• Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics.
Expertise in all major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Multilingual abilities a plus.
• Experience in Workforce Management, HR, Benefits, Tax/HR compliance or Business.
• Processing Outsourcing category a plus.
• Impeccable writing and editing skills.
• Proven editorial skills; has a "nose " for the story and how to tell it using words, images, or sound.
• Skilled at content creation and distribution strategies and tactics.
• A passion for new technology tools. Demonstrated personal thought leadership a plus.
• Effectively plans, coordinates and prioritizes work efforts of supporting multiple groups.
• Outstanding organizational & time management skills for managing multiple, diverse & conflicting activities.
