Global Call Center Associate

In this role, you will be part of a Global team responsible for:
Providing escalation support for a centrally monitored global ATM network.
Interfacing with various technology and operations teams globally while simultaneously directing vendors and other various support teams on current statuses of ATM's.
Supporting end to end ticket oversight and ultimately the final resolution to all issues.
Required Skills for this role include:
1+ years of related experience in a customer service role where you had to correspond with internal and external customers by phone or in writing.
1+ years of experience in a role that required you to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
1+ year(s) of experience in a professional/office related environment (i.e. office support, data entry, clerical, customer service) that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.
An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
Required schedule availability for this position is typically between Monday through Saturday 8AM-4:30PM. However, the shift schedule can be changed as per client's requirements. Additionally, resources may have to work overtime based on client's requirement.
