Role:
Assist with DCCM UAT activities (Data creation, managing feedback for the business process
• Assist with resource requirements and develop cost estimate models to build proposed resource models for the system to operationalize DCCM
• Assist with identification of impacted business processes, and updates that will be needed
• Work with DCCM BA to draft the business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Support the creation of specific capability deliverables including operational processes, training plans
• Assist with Job Aids for new DCCM business processes, DCCM Tool use and DCCM administrative job-aids and strategy for delivery and adoption of new processes and tools
