NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Customer Care Supervisor with 2+ years of experience in customer care to help improve the customers' experiences by understanding and focusing on what's important, measuring how we are doing and driving the necessary actions to improve

Responsibilities:
  • Model the highest standards of customer service to employees.
  • Accurately and efficiently resolve complex escalated customer issues.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement for business results.
  • Help team identify, and if needed, remove obstacles, then frames and escalates issues if they cannot be resolved quickly.

Requirements for this role include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred) and a minimum of 2-3 year relevant experience.
  • One year or more of previous supervisor experience in a health care inbound/outbound call center environment highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA) and HIPAA.
  • Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
