Job Duties
Coach and mentor technology teams towards a consistent agile multishore delivery model
Work with delivery teams to ensure execution on timelines and in alignment with strategy.
Ability to influence business and technical leaders in a fast paced environment, and an experience with Agile/Scrum methods of getting work done
Ownership/results driven, hands-on leader with ability to effectively partner, problem solve and influence across a matrix organization; Proficient in cultivating a strong internal and external network

Strong experience (5+ years) of Agile Program Management.
Experience driving change towards a consistent Agile delivery model for a large IT team
Assess the AS IS state and recommend and implement improvements in the Agile model - define the future state
Must have experience implementing this in a technical delivery team and comfortable to coach developers through the process
Document roles, responsiblities and train resources on this
Define metrics and processes to improve the model.

Effectively communicate with executives, clients, internal users, technology teams
