The Strategic Staffing Practice within NTT DATA has been extremely deliberate in scaling a global team to provide IT staff augmentation for fortune 500 clients. We recognize the impact a strong recruiting team has, and we are expanding both domestically and abroad. Due to NTT DATA's recent acquisitions, we need to aggressively double and triple the size of our staff augmentation recruiting practice to support the incoming work.

We need intelligent competitive people with integrity to develop a deep understanding of our process and ultimately find the best IT talent in the marketplace. This team provides comprehensive training guided by individuals with decades of experience in the industry. You will work with what is considered one of the best, if not the best ATS system on the market and also have access to a breadth of other recruiting tools. In addition to learning the processes and tools, you will gain valuable skill sets which can be used both inside and outside of the workplace.

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Strategic Staffing team in Atlanta, GA
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
  • The Technical Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting and direct hire opportunities within client organizations. Additional duties include the following;
  • Review and analyzes active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions
  • Utilizes multiple internet resources, including the Technical Recruiters own creative networking techniques to source candidates
  • Tracks and manages all candidate and client interaction in JobDiva, Strategic Staffing's hybrid CRM/ATS tool
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates "fit” and technical competence
  • Present career opportunities to qualified applicants
  • Negotiate candidate's contracts and terms of employment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and assigned clients
  • Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully
Requirements:
  • Four year college degree in business related discipline
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience recruiting IT Professionals
  • Moderate understanding of IT terminology and processes
