Data Analyst / Data Modeler

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Data Modeler with 5+ years experience to work with the BI team on variety of new development and/or enhancement projects to build the enterprise level data warehouse system, which is backed by Oracle Exadata database (11g or later), Informatica ETL tools set and Cognos Reporting. The data modeler is responsible in analyzing, creating and managing data models for the business intelligence systems. The candidate would participate in design, development, testing, execution and quality assurance of both automated and manual data integration and exchange processes.

Analyze source system data to strategize data acquisition
Design and develop enterprise data warehousing and ETL solutions.
Translate business requirements into data models

7+ SQL
7+ DWH Concepts
7+ Data Analysis
5+ Dimensional/Data Modeling
3+ ETL/Reporting basics

Manufacturing or Life Science Domain exposure, Finance/GL data
Exposure to ERPs (SAP, E1, Oracle), at least interfacing with them
Exposure to other Data Integration tools such as Informatica.
Exposure to other databases such as SQL Server.
Exposure to Cognos Reporting.
Exposure to Oracle Apex
Exposure to Hyperion/FDM.
