Job Description:

Must Have skills:


1. Experience working with BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Manager (UEM), Application server infrastructure and the related BlackBerry Enterprise Messaging Server (BEMS).
2. Solid knowledge of knowledge of MS Windows OS particularly Windows 10
3. Experience with Enterprise Mobility management solutions, both Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management
4. Advanced scripting skills with PowerShell, Perl and Python
5. Experience with macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
6. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Office 365 and Azure
7. Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD
8. Working knowledge of Programming languages including C++, C#, .NET Framework, Visual Studio IDE

Nice to Have:

1 Banking and financial service (highly regulated industry) background and worked with very large enterprises

Additional Information:

As the Employee Enablement organization prepares to launch the future productivity platforms leveraging Windows 10, macOS, and Mobile platforms, there is a need for expertise in modern operating systems and their management at a large-scale, enterprise level, with a focus on reliability and security while maintaining aggressive update cycles. We are seeking a Platform Engineer to architect, develop, and implement such solutions. This role will involve architectural design, evaluation of and integration with modern endpoint management systems, and design of control and security policies. It will also require deep familiarity with platform system internals, and root-cause analysis. The candidate will also work with internal support areas, data security risk and control teams, business technical support teams, and external vendors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following accountabilities:
Design end-user desktop and\or mobile platforms and their corresponding management infrastructure
Define and design support and control mechanisms for all such platforms
Assess and select product capabilities and features, ensure multiple technologies are not providing overlapping capabilities, driving down technology complexity, and driving costs reductions
Create high level design documents, including estimated hardware, detailed program specifications, and resourcing costs
Interface with the security controls and risk teams.
Provide 3rd level consultation requests and support
Upgrading and enhancing the infrastructure and service offering for Corporate managed smart phones and tablets based on BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Manager (UEM) Application server infrastructure and the related BlackBerry Enterprise Messaging Server (BEMS).
Planning the replacement of AirWatch management technology with BlackBerry UEM technology for corporate managed iOS (Apple) devices used by corporate employees for access to the banks internal network and systems. Perform work for Retail iPads used for customer facing applications and demos.
Integration of UEM with Microsoft InTune to provide Microsoft Apps to corporate device users as they are moved to the latest version of the Microsoft cloud (VNext) at bank.
Coordinating with Vendors including BlackBerry mobile (TCL), BlackBerry Limited, Microsoft, and Samsung to push forward with product fixes and enhancements.
Providing guidance and coordinating activity between architecture, engineering, operations, security and other groups.
