Business Advisor / Tech Writer

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Business Advisor / Technical Writer to perform business analysis and requirements gathering for claims processing application.

  • Resource will primarily be writing business requirements for IT development as well as performing research and trouble shooting to resolve system defects.
  • Position also entails project facilitation for business process redesign efforts requiring the ability to produce Visio/workflow diagrams.

  • 3-5 years experience in Visio Workflow diagrams is critical.
  • Perfect candidate will also possess 3 years experience in the healthcare arena working with business processes. BA/PM background would be fitting.
