HC & Insurance Operations Associate

In these roles you will be responsible for:

Key membership elections and enrollment applications into ikaMedicareGateway system
Update demographics and other membership information from paper correspondence and telephone call documentation
Make outbound calls to health plan members to clarify missing or incomplete information
Maintain current knowledge of CMS compliance requirements as they pertain to Medicare Advantage enrollment and member maintenance.
Research incomplete and missing information by utilizing several internal systems such as PRISM, MARx, ikaMedicareGateway and Content Manager.
Update member demographics and track members through the Out of Area Process.
Identify complex or out of compliance cases for escalation.
Process returned mail. Research address information. Make outbound calls to members to obtain correct address.
Perform quality check of pending membership correspondence for completeness and accuracy


Requirements for this role include:

High school diploma or equivalent required -1+ year applicable health insurance experience
Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

**Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
