Job Summary:
As a UX Program Manager you will work on a proprietary product with a design team to define a new way of interacting with technology. The product is a new pico radar for touchless interaction and environmental awareness. It understands and anticipates you, making everyday interactions simple and effortless. With this product our goal is to create a new interaction method, based on the natural understanding that people have of spatial relations, body language and gesticulation.

  • Support the development and implementation of new UX process to manage end to end programs including; Project kickoff (Research and user flows) Concept review ( design, test, prototype --->repeat) Leadership Reviews (Launch cal readiness) and Implementation testing
  • Act as a bridge between UX, Engineering, and Product Management (PM) teams, connecting all three groups and making sure interdependencies are understood and planned for
  • Manage project scope and timeline discussions based on available resources
  • Orchestrate successful delivery for multiple projects simultaneously Interface with internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Facilitate conversations with leadership about key project decisions: including requirements, scheduling, resource allocation, and launch approvals.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of relevant consumer marketing and or community / social management
  • BS Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry and hardware
  • Experience in managing UX Research programs
  • Superb Project Management skills: including managing agencies, vendors and large projects
  • They can manage tradeoffs of budgeted resources, properly prioritize work and distinguish between short-term vs. long-term objectives
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally, and with partners
  • Thrives in ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against aggressive deadlines.
  • Passionate about exploring the creative boundaries around product development, awareness, and developing relationships with consumers, influencers and brands.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and lead projects from concept to completion and lead, manage, and motivate virtual teams and outside agencies.
  • Scrappy and proactive, team player
