Documentation Training Specialist

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Documentation Training Specialist with 3-5 years experience in the Healthare arena that can utilize their Facets experience to write targeted Desk-top Procedure documentation to be used in the classroom for trainer and end-user Learning Events
Utilizes Facets and adult learning experience to facilitate clear, engaging Train-the-Trainer Learning Events to prepare organizational staff for end-user Learning Events
Researches and develops content for documents such as desktop procedures, decision documents, and supporting materials to be used both in Learning Events and for end-user support after go-live
Assists with planning and coordination of Train-the-Trainer Learning Events
Supplies classroom support during end-user Learning Events
Provides mentor/coaching to less experienced staff on the BR team

Required Experience and Skills
Healthcare Payer Systems
Documentation development
Working knowledge of business applications
Working knowledge of technical information
Ability to provide written documentation
Ability to walk-thru system functionality with project team and others
Working knowledge of Facets experience
