Job Description
As a Designer, you will work closely with engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the product cycle. You are a critical thinker with a good design sense, a strong technical background, and an eye for making things better. Interaction Designers work on projects that have an impact on the web experience of millions of Google users. "Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing Google products and feature. Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change. "
  • 5+ years experience in product UX, with a focus on enterprise software, service design or b2b applications
  • Experience designing solutions for very large systems with many user types, complex user journeys, and dense data presentation
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
  • Passion, commitment to product excellence, and pragmatic sense of how to get it done
  • Ability to quickly ramp up in potentially unfamiliar and very specialized business domains
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
  • Friendly and inclusive attitude
  • Individuals should have experience from a larger scale system - enterprise products and financial services
