Digital - Technical Program Manager

Job Duties

Work with delivery teams to ensure execution on timelines and in alignment with strategy.
Ability to influence business and technical leaders in a fast-paced environment, and an experience with Agile/Scrum methods of getting work done
Key role that partners with the client on a multi-year digital transformation program with responsibility for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and status reporting of a project or program
Drive activities to achieve measurable outcomes by managing schedule, resource, scope, budget, risk, issue and dependency
Responsible for day-to-day operational aspects of the initiative; participate in agile ceremonies and backlog grooming, benefits definition, management of changes, decisions, issues and risks, and assigning and managing team accountabilities.
Ownership/results driven, hands-on leader with ability to effectively partner, problem solve and influence across a matrix organization; Proficient in cultivating a strong internal and external network

Requirements
Digital transformation experience: strategy and execution
3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance or consulting preferred; open to broader industry experience particularly in sourcing IT skill sets.
10+ years' experience leading technical teams
Technically savvy with experience in cloud computing(PCF), online services, externalizable APIs, enterprise software development, engineering and associated operations at scale.
Strong leadership skills and change agent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong change management skills
Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy
Effectively communicate with executives, clients, internal users, technology teams
Proven ability to develop talent (both managers and individual contributors) Values driven and inclusive
Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in: Business Transformation Consultant-PMO-Agile Program Mgmt
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in: Program Manager-Manages a multi-project Program
