Job Duties (Techno-Functional)
Evaluate the current systems and processes; recommends to create a optimum and high availability system
Understand the current business processes, recommend industry best practices to improve system scalability and maintainability
Review and analyze due diligence data from a variety of sources.
Screen customers, prospects and/or transactions against various regulatory reporting lists and regionally based sanctions watch lists.
Evaluate risks to determine permissibility under sanctions regulations and/or BSA/AML regulations
Perform non-documentary Customer Identification Program on domestic customers in accordance with regulations and bank policy
Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database
Monitor application architecture and ensure appropriate implementation of all solutions
Review infrastructure for any issues and recommend solutions
Job Duties (Operational)
Work closely with internal and external clients, technical resources and executives (Application Managers, Business Analysts, System Analysts and Development/Quality teams)
Coach and mentor a dedicated Team with the appropriate behaviors associated with building a high performing team and application knowledge base
Evaluate the risks and solutions before taking action, so that action plans are timely, realistic and positive
Designs technology solutions by modeling requirements and applying standard application methodology best practices
Consult with peers, line of business managers and other external parties regarding due diligence findings
Thorough understanding of key business processes and ability to communicate and translate those needs to technical solutions
Promote a collaborative Team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and high performance
Responsible for meeting company's customer advocacy & satisfaction objectives
Must have a good hold on Microsoft technologies (.net/t-SQL/SSIS/SSRS/Azure/MQ) and latest trends
4-6 years of relevant experience in functional / system analysis, including application and data architecture
3-5 years of experience in data analysis and data modelling
Experience working with Business and technology partners in defining and validating requirements
Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and/or Customer data Experience in testing systems and processes to ensure compliance with requirements Good understanding of Data models, UI and SOA applications and processesStrong experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM)
Should have good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies, human interaction, software ergonomics
Education Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education
