  • Capture and sign-off business requirements, stories, use cases, business flows and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate discussions between the development and business teams
  • Support the business/IT program manager with project planning, and status
  • Support the team through the entire Agile project lifecycle including requirements, development, testing/quality assurance and production release
  • Help create and identify effective solutions design
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of developer integration tests
  • Contributes to team project planning and to project goals
  • Strong in collaboration, coordination, communication and can manage delivery of the project across multiple stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master/Project Manager
  • 5+ years of Experience in delivering Mainframe based Applications
  • Experience working in distributed environments
  • Possesses and applies broad knowledge of applications programming principles.
  • Competent to analyze diverse and complex problems.
  • Knowledge includes advanced work on standard applications programs including coding, testing and debugging.
  • Advanced ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors.
  • Advanced understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs.
