Senior Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly process and detailed oriented individual who is obsessed with innovation as a discipline, excited about artificial intelligence, and thrives in a rapidly changing R&D environment. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of R&D projects, ensuring all initiatives are executed within the established scope.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the stages of a R&D project including: problem definition, data collection, exploratory data analysis, modeling, POC/prototype development, pilots, and project handoff
  • Build and foster stakeholder relationships including: negotiation of scope, management of expectations, and communication of progress
  • Assist Lab Directors in making investment and prioritization decisions
  • Assist Product Manager lead with market research, value proposition design, product-market fit experimentation, business models, and product development
Minimum Required Skills: -
  • Must be able to efficiently uncover risks/underlying problems through thoughtful inquiry
  • Must have expert organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Must have superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with a variety personalities and egos
  • Ability to stay calm during uncertainty and constant change is a must
  • Understands the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
  • Adaptable, thrives in a fast-changing R&D environment
