Job Duties
  • Responsible for design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Pega applications, system architectural direction and recommendations using Pega 7.
  • Prepare detailed specs from which programs will be written.
  • Contribute to peer code reviews
  • Research and evaluate solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solutions for the system design.
  • May provide assistance or training to lower level staff
  • Provides conceptual guidance to other senior and high-level technical experts.

Required skills
  • Strong experience in Pega (5+ years)
  • Strong experience in Pega PRPC.
  • Experience in Pega Business Architecture
  • Experience in building Pega Business Rules Engine (BRE) applications
  • Good experience in PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology.
  • Experience in Pega 7.x.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Pega Insurance frameworks is a plus.
  • Pega certifications ( minimum CSA preferred)
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Insurance domains.
  • Experience with complex xml ( example ACORD)
