  • Assists in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities
  • Performs application design activities (e.g. writing functional designs), portions of technology architecture and technical design activities and portions of technology build, test and deployment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to manage priorities and timelines to achieve deliverables.
  • Experience with business intelligence software (Tableau)
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

What will you do?
  • Respond to product-related or functional questions.
  • Define a strategy for testing new features and functionality, and be responsible for quantifying and improving data quality across multiple elements of our application.
  • Experience working with database languages for both structured and unstructured frameworks such as SQL, MySQL, or Mongo is desired.
  • Exceptional technical and analytical skills with proven ability in identifying problems, recommending solutions and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain effective quality management processes working with various departments to improve and test impacted workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service oriented environment.
  • Develop user acceptance test plan and test cases

Looking for someone with:
  • Create validation scripts in Python or MySQL to verify the successful execution or identify errors in execution of updates to ETL scripts
  • Outline and implement strategies for testing the execution and functionality of new product enhancements
  • Execute validation efforts for quantifying and improving data quality across multiple elements of our application.
  • Develop and maintain effective quality management processes working with various departments to improve and test impacted workflows.
  • Assists with testing efforts for current and new data systems, develops process for creating test conditions to ensure functionality and accuracy of data.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to manage priorities and timelines to achieve deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-­technical audiences
