Contact Center New Hire Trainer

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Contact Center New Hire Trainer with 2 years of experience to assist in the following responsibilities:
Facilitate four-week new hire curriculum
Manage new hire attrition
Provide new hire coaching and floor support
Update existing curriculum
Create new curriculum
Requirements for this role include:
Minimum of 3 years' facilitation experience
Minimum of 1 year contact center experience
Demonstrated experience creating learning content
Demonstrated experience providing feedback in coaching situations

Preferences:
Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
Ability to create reports in excel
Ability to create, edit and present content in PowerPoint
Ability to create and edit content in MS Word
