Global Platform Analytics Developer

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Global Platform Analytics Developerwith 5+ years experience to be responsible for design and implementation efforts to enhance our existing analytics code and databases using various hybrid of tools (Excel, VBA, MS SQL, MS Access, SharePoint). Identifies gaps, analyzes impact, and identifies risks, and potential solutions.
Will work closely with Team manager to understand reporting design requirements and data sources required to perform the necessary data mining for our incident and change admin analytics.
Identifies strategic workload based on analytics performed that can be routed to L1 to reduce work-effort upon L2 and L3 teams.
Acts as escalation point for junior team members.
Advises and coaches new, or lower level employees.
Appropriately escalates problems to Team Manager and will be called upon to function as delegate authority when manager is out of office.
Take on management oversight of strategic projects, initiatives and programs of work driven by team. Assist with tasks relating to all aspects of Service Delivery.
Act as SME to teams to provide assistance with implementation of advanced Service Now/SharePoint/SQL solutions.
Play a proactive role in process improvement within the team, along with maintaining quality support documentation.
Ongoing evaluation and analysis of current supported Team policies and procedures to ensure optimum process efficiency, and maintenance of full compliance with organizational policy.
Contributes to and/or creates internal communications which are conducive to a strong Team working environment.
Creates, and prepares reports, metrics, and presentations pertaining to Incident/Automation/Service Review process.
Promotes a proactive and positive impact to the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, and Team collaboration.
Persuades and influences multiple levels using strong communication and diplomacy skills.
Excellent ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information.
Strong customer service skills.
Hands-on experience working with Service Now.
In depth knowledge of working with Share Point/ Share Point DB.
Experience of working in a large Data Centre environment.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence teams and individuals at all levels of management.
Proven track record of trouble shooting and problem solving in a pressured environment.
Familiarisation with the principles of ITIL.
A good team member, able to guide / support colleagues and to take guidance where necessary.
