Application Production Support - L3

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Applications Support Lead with at least 6 years experience to lead and manage the Application support team both onshore and offshore

Roles and Responsibilites
  • Audit , CAP, RSCA/MCA & Regulatory support
  • Ability to liaise with internal & external auditors
  • Project Management – Ability to handle multiple projects to completion
  • Incident Management - Liaise with Data Support, ESM and Log Reviewteams to resolve process related issues on a daily basis
  • Problem Management - Coordinate root cause analysis on process andapplication related issues
  • Process Escalation - follow-up with client and control teams to ensureproper process workflow
  • Test & Documentation - test application releases & creates process andapplication documents as per Client Standards
  • Application Support - Provide third level support to Log Review &ESFEMS application users and workflow
  • Develop and implement automated training for CTI Global Log Review &Controls processes
  • Liaise with onsite L3 Application Product Manager
  • Drive CSI's
Required Skills:
  • Development, assessment, or implementation of experience business continuity management programs.
  • Experience in developing training videos with Brainshark
  • Familiar with Lean transformation
  • Strong risk analysis and problem solving skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Individual must be analytical, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Seeking a team player able to lead by example.
  • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and comfortable dealing with senior managers.
  • Excellent ITIL Process knowledge
  • Experience in Service Now as an ITSM tool .
  • Preferred to have testing experience (JIRA, TFS).
  • Must have worked in MS Visio and preferred to have MS Project.
  • 6-7 Yrs Application Production support.
