Enterprise Architect

Principal Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Works with technology and business stakeholders to understand requirements and lays out the enterprise architecture that aligns with and supports the organization's business objectives
Clearly defines business goals, business drivers, architecture building blocks, architecture principles, architecture vision and roadmap to senior technology and business stakeholders
Create current state architecture, target state architecture and perform gap analysis
Develop architectural artifacts: diagrams, catalogs and matrices
Organize and own enterprise architecture repository and technical reference models
Create architecture models (conceptual and logical): Business Architecture, Application architecture, Infrastructure architecture, Data architecture, technology architecture , Security architecture and Integration patterns
Evaluate the feasibility of the enterprise architecture and technologies related to a business change  Define architecture based on business use cases to store, manage and process huge volume of structured, semi structured and unstructured data
Identify risks associated with the enterprise architecture and various technologies within the organization
Collaborate with different teams within business, application/systems, data/information and technical architecture disciplines and explain clearly the benefits of an architectural approach
Excellent understanding of on premise, cloud and mobile architecture from application, infrastructure, data and security standpoint
Advise technology teams on best practices around standards, frameworks, governance models and products.
Drive enterprise architecture vision from conceptual to logical definition and governs physical implementation to ensure business and technology requirements are met
Develop strategy for compliance ready enterprise architecture: cluster set up, data storage, data governance, data security, metadata management, data quality, data integration, change control and solution deployment

Qualifications / Required Skill:
A proven track record in Enterprise Architecture development using EA frameworks like TOGAF, DoDAF or Zachman framework.
Business Architecture development experience (conceptual and logical level definition)
Enterprise Architecture governance experience (standards, guidelines, compliance processes, reviews, etc.)
Broad knowledge across key architecture domains (business, application, data, infrastructure, integration/middleware, security)
Knowledge of core technologies, including open standards, database, and integration technologies
A proven track record indicating ability to successfully implement positive enterprise wide change
A history of partnering with business and IT to develop an integrated go-to-market approach
Experience developing detailed, compelling and analytical PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas
Architecture modeling experience with enterprise architecture tools like Mega, Orbus iServer etc.
Experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
