Responsibilities:
  • Defining and analyzing problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions
  • Process improvement and focus on quality integration in process design
  • Claim Adjudication, macro and automation experience
  • Improve Claim Adjudication Rate
  • Enhance Mainframe through Automation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Business savviness and ability to discover the potential business and product opportunities
  • Experience in Health insurance domain and leadership in claims configuration
  • Support product evolution by engaging all stakeholders and sponsors, documentation of state requirements
