Metrics and Reporting Specialist

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Metrics and Reporting Specialist with 5+ years of experience and very strong knowledge of Microsoft tools like Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel including the use of Pivots, Advanced VLOOKUP, Index Match, VBA and Macros.
  • Proven reporting experience using VBA for Excel including ability to decipher pre-written code.

  • Provide strong coordination for all required tactical and strategic initiatives in support of our customer
  • Automate metrics and reporting
  • Build out and execute change/incident reports via ServiceNow
  • Actively manage the Major Incident estate and engage problem management if assignment is incorrect or requires adjustment
  • Drive Weekly and Monthly Operational Review meetings
