Technology Delivery - Managing technical delivery of multiple large enterprise application development and integration projects - Ensure that individual technology project/solutions are resourced and effectively staffed to meet or exceed expectations of scope, schedule, budget and achieving the business objectives - Provide ongoing support and technical leadership in resolving solution challenges, risks and issues throughout execution - Innovate and iterate on program execution methodology to provide continuous improvement opportunities - Work closely with other service delivery towers (Infrastructure, Customer Relationship, Security, PMO and Enterprise Architecture ) to support technology integration and successful delivery - Ensure continuous improvement of technology solutions, use of industry best practices, methodology and framework for application development and project delivery - Ensure successful application support and maintenance service delivery complaint to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) Experience: - At least 15 to 20 years of experience in IT with leading Application Development, Support and Maintenance portfolio - Demonstrated experience in delivering large enterprise application development projects as a technology delivery lead - Demonstrated experience in managing application support and maintenance service delivery as per the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) - Strong management skills and experience managing customer relationships, conflict situations and challenges - Broad technology knowledge of major technologies, platforms, and systems (Ms .Net, Java, Big Data-Hadoop, PeopleSoft ERP, SharePoint, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), ETL, Oracle, SQL Server, TFS/VSTS) - Experience in personnel management, coaching, motivating and handling conflict management - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets - Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to make leadership decisions - Strong communication skills both written and verbal and able to effectively work with senior management and executives - Experience working in ITIL and SEI CMMi processes
