Qualifications / Required Skill:
  • PMP or CSM certification is prefered.
  • 6+ years experience as an IT professional
  • 5+ years experience managing telecommunications and/or contact center related projects and initiatives
  • 2+ years supervisory experience in an IT Department
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office, agile methodologies and tools administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience
