CRM Manager
  • Manage incidents and provide timely and high quality resolutions.
  • Manage BAU enhancement requests. Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide solution options/recommendations, assess level of effort, define priorities, establish corresponding release schedule, manage deliverables and communication.
  • Work closely with Business Partner on project initiatives by providing technical assessment and resource requirements and estimated timeline.
  • Manage the internal and external technical resources - workload, utilization and capacity to deliver, support, maintain and enhance the system.
  • Design and implement system features and integrations by fully leveraging core platform capabilities and adhering to all applicable architecture principles for data management and systems integration.
Skills set and experience desired
  • Extensive knowledge with all aspects of sales, business development, and related financial forecasting and analytics strategies and processes.
  • Extensive experience of CRM technologies and complementary solutions.
  • Prior experience with SFDC required.
  • Big picture thinking- the ability to see how parts interact with the whole and formulate appropriate solution architectures and integration plans accordingly.
  • Experience with IT governance and operations.
  • Strong technical background and deep experience with proven success in SFDC implementation, upgrade, enhancements, integration, maintenance and support.
  • Solution architecture experience is a plus.
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation skills, and influential impact.
  • Onshore and offshore team management experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand.
  • Project and program management planning and organizational skills.
  • Customer service and results orientation.
  • Time management and prioritization.
  • Pharmaceutical and CRO experience is a plus.
