Talent Scout for candidate pipeline

Work closely with the business, HRBPs, recruiters to understand which areas to proactively build talent pipelines
Identify and outline approaches and tactics for candidate pipeline engagement using existing and new tools
Build and maintain a small talent pool of candidates that are "ready now” and create a continuous funnel for future hires
Communicate with POC Leads to provide pipeline candidates and provide strategies/expectations for candidate engagement
Leverage existing tools and programs as well as enable our scouts with technology to better pipeline both critical and diverse candidates
Track candidates and their stages in the process
Provide overviews of the pipeline efforts to the business. Promote the program through a "Roadshows” with the leaders in Commercial and provide updates on progress against the program's goals
Establish, build and maintain relationships with assigned POC Leaders from different organizations
Setup and lead pipeline review calls with POC Leads on a consistent basis
Stay up to date on latest industry trends and news, specifically targeting "distressed companies” or competitors
Attend conferences and meet with pipeline candidates
