Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Manages customer relationships and provides status reporting at the project level often to executives.
  • Working with larger scope projects, create project budgets, monitor and report on finances, and closeout.
  • Manages tasks for one or more projects with some oversight of others
  • Work spans multiple departments and may be at the organization level
  • Ability to manage cross- divisional projects
  • Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Projects are larger and more complex. Selects methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Works on different projects with a mix of known and unknown technical requirements
  • Guides multi-disciplinary technology and operational teams in the achievement of project objectives for larger more complex projects.
  • Assists team members and leaders in making cost/benefit decisions.
  • Typically assigned to important/complicated undertakings.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of the professional function and in- depth specialization in some.
  • Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
  • Presents issues to and works with management to resolve critical resource conflicts.
  • Manages business case development and requirements gathering to develop project scope. Documents and effectively manages scope throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in managing complex technical project schedules
  • Creates, tracks, and manages budgets for team.
  • Anticipates and effectively manages risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Can understand stakeholder needs and communicate the same to project team members
  • Contributes to demand articulation and is able to manage scope changes while maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction
  • Uses professional credibility to gain stakeholder confidence to secure project resources
