  1. Incident Management for all Tier 2/3 issues
  2. P3 (single user) incident resolution for UCCE only
  3. Monitoring of our systems for up time and incident proactive response
  4. Engage vendor for Incident Resolution as required until resolved
  5. Provide management updates on long running P1/P2 incidents
  6. Provide root cause analysis on all P1/P2 issues
  7. Monthly reboots and smoke testing after Shaw infrastructure patching (set on a preset schedule after hours)
  8. 24 x 7 incident response for P1/P2
  9. Will set SLA's
  10. P3 (single user) requests for UCCE
  11. Operational activities... to be documented, see attached as starting point
  12. Software maintenance, minor upgrades to Cisco and third party applications to keep current
  13. Change control and incident / request tracking through ServiceNow
  14. Project initiatives as required (IE new office setups, major version upgrades, new application add on's ), not predetermined work
