  • Create and maintain application support documentation for the Wealth Management End User Services' consumers
  • Maintain both technical and non-technical collateral repositories
  • Interview technical experts to maintain training and support collateral
  • Enforce quality standards to the creation, maintenance, and reporting of collateral Support both technical and non-technical inquiries surrounding support models Contribution to vendor and employee educational efforts
  • Action requests for new support collateral, as well as feedback on existing
  • Bachelors degree - Experience as a Technology liasion professional
  • Experience in interviewing technologists and documenting system support
  • Experience in Service Desk and/or Customer Service is a plus
  • Ability to work independenly, as well as in a team structure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016 applications, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and the Windows 2010 Operating System
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agility pivoting to priority task assignments
  • Experience in SharePoint is desired
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow is a plus
