- Supporting all I-Series jobs and jobstreams - Diagnoses and resolves problems using advanced tools / technical knowledge to remediate customer problems and conduct scheduled installs. - Performs troubleshooting: - * Ticket and workload management utilizing customer provided ticketing system. * 24x7 On-call rotation * Identifies potential issues and takes corrective action to restore produstion failures * Provides technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery * Works independently with attention to details, processes and procedures. * Skilled specialist who completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways * Works on assignments requiring considerable good judgment and initiative; understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solution
