Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for sales teams, lines of business, and user groups who require maintenance, configuration, and training on workflows and new features. You will also ensure our teams are aligned and optimized across the organization as it relates to usage of the platform.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, and have excellent problem solving abilities. For optimum success in this role, understanding the business, building collaborative relationships, along with influencing people, being flexible, adaptable and authentic will be essential.
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM application for users. Maintain the functional areas of data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports.
  • Work with cross functional teams, and support Salesforce across all Lines of Businesses, to drive Salesforce changes to workflows, objects and fields, business rules, and business process flows to enhance the business while implementing best practices on the application.
  • Plan and drive technical and business readiness for implementations, ensuring that the company is prepared for all new system releases.
  • Deliver effective communication, training and support to facilitate strong adoption and ongoing Salesforce user acceptance.
  • Develop and socialize reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality, governance and integrity.
  • Provide analysis of all insights and measurement initiatives. Draw business inferences, and clearly articulate findings to support strategic decision making.
  • Maintain user roles, security, profiles, and system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
  • Use SFDC Data Loader to export, import and update data
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce data quality rules and thresholds for critical data elements, and implement and ensure compliance to Salesforce standards and operating processes.
  • Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
  • Implement and automate key business processes via workflow rules, validation rules, process builder and email alerts
  • Provide support and assistance with key Salesforce integrations, namely Zuora & Adobe Sign
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 + year Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst experience, Salesforce certification would be beneficial
  • Experienced in user management, end-user training and documentation of education material
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience/Architecture desired
  • Demonstrate ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and a desire to work in highly complex information technology systems
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, specifically creating pivot tables, using functions etc.
  • Strong change management and influence skills; ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to interact with executive level stakeholders, manage expectations, provide regular updates and conduct steering committee meetings
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and results oriented
  • Highly collaborative and capable of building strong relationships
