Remote - Compliance Analyst - Banking Call/Operational Center

Title: Compliance Analyst - Banking Call / Operational Center
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL or Remote
Duration: Short Term - 6-8 weeks

The resource would be supporting our Compliance team that oversees customer facing activity within our US based call centers. We presently have a large initiative going on that requires the updating and supplementing of more than 250 operational documents and procedures. This resource would be providing the first line review of all documents. They would then be providing summary notation to our internal teams around the reduced area of review focus that second line should perform.
 
We are looking to on board someone next month. They would be able to work remotely the majority of time; they may need to travel to our Buffalo Grove location for summary meetings.
 
We are looking for someone with:
  • At least 3 years compliance experience in banking and/or financial services
  • Prefer someone with Certified Compliance and Risk Manager (CRCM) accreditation
  • Experience in document review from a regulatory perspective
  • Prefer experience with call or operational center procedure development/review
