Senior Product Manager

  • Manage CRM backlog, requirements, and prioritize development balancing stakeholder requirements with business value demanding data justified decisions.
  • Support the coordination of solution delivery with technical, consultant, and business teams including Emails, In-app and Push Messaging, Campaign Management and more.
  • Collaborate with a cross functional team of advertising, marketing, product managers, and analysts to drive the product roadmap and development of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives with ROI, available resources, and timelines in mind.
  • Define product success metrics and measure key performance indicators for all initiatives. Present KPIs, trends and insights to the team.
  • Lead conversations with internal and external teams around tracking and tagging digital marketing products of all ad-types to ensure proper attribution and compliance.
  • Run demos, presentations, and stand-ups specific to your projects and initiatives to keep alignment with all contributing people and departments.
  • Evaluate technology and product solutions - build / buy / partner options.
  • Author detailed product requirements documentation for features and experiences tasked with managing.
  • Create wire-frames, flow charts and user stories.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure products operate to the documented specifications.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure specifications include all requirements.
  • Build consensus with a diverse group of individuals and teams including stakeholders, product, and engineering teams.
  • Lead internal and external development resources to ensure products are built to the specifications.
  • Develop and track all key metrics for each product.
  • Must be able to manage a product specific budget, track resource allocation and delivery against budget for each particular task.
  • Maintain and support currently deployed products, including off-hours escalation procedures.

  • The candidate must have a BS, BA, or advanced degree in computer science, communications or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, customer acquisition, CRM tools and strategies.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Online Customer Acquisition software, Attribution technologies, Digital media buying, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, Yield Optimization, and/or multichannel marketing
    • CRM tools like Salesforce and Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Background working in or with Analytics and Data Science teams.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial and able to evangelize new ideas across the organization to get buy in Must have experience with key product management functions, including writing requirements/user stories, and creating mocks/wireframes, market research, competitive analysis, product planning and reporting.
  • Strong background in the building and operating one of the following type of products: mobile, web based or connected TV based.
  • Experience in managing high quality streaming service whether live or VOD.
  • Experience in managing subscription or heavy user acquisition businesses.
  • An understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in an engineering environment
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and other web presentation technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of projects requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Experience with reporting and analytic tools, DoubleClick, Omniture/Google analytics tags.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
