Business Analyst

The business analyst will be a core member of the team responsible for aiding in business analysis for various projects and enhancement initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting user stories, functional requirements, working with development team for implementation conducting QA and coordinating UAT.

Responsibilities:
Understand the current systems to be able to support enhancement and break-fix requests.
Analyze current business practices, processes and procedures to understand the business needs.
Translate business needs into requirements - documenting any process and data flows.
Create functional specifications and/or user stories for development team.
Create wireframes.
Document any integration requirements from other systems.
Document any workflow requirements.
Conduct QA and coordinate UAT and performance testing.
Provide training to business on the solution(s).
Required Skill
Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing business analysis and gathering requirements.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Writing and executing test plan and test cases.
MS Visio, MS Office Suite
MS Project ,ALM , JIRA ,SQL , Retail industry experience-nice to have
