Healthcare Configuration Analyst

In this Role you will be Responsible For
- Configuration analyst for hospital pricing projects
- System Improvements ROI, Testing and Implementation
- PLF work as Institutional team reviews and focuses on Special assignment works.
- UA Pricing Builds – Medicare/Medicaid Contracts (DRG, rate based)
- Building contracts in Xcelys and Support.


Requirements for this role include:
- 7+ yrs healthcare payer system pricing/contract configuration and implementation experience, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and complexity for multiple system modules, preferably on DIAMOND 950, Xcelys, IkaSystems, Facets
- Strong experience in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement requirements and configuration directly or indirectly with payer organizations with a thorough understanding of Medicare reimbursement methodologies and payment systems
- Claims coding knowledge and experience with CPT, HCPCS, ICD9/10, CDT, Revenue, DRG and other relevant medical and dental industry-standard codes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and PL/SQL Developer for querying and analyzing system data
- Team leadership, project management experience a plus

**Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8AM/5pm EST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
