Lead AirWatch/MDM Engineer

This position will serve as the front line leader of a new Home Department subordinate to Desktop Engineering within End User Services. Technical resource with a minimum of 3 years of Enterprise level Mobile Device Management experience. This individual will be able to demonstrate knowledge of vmWare config/manage and have experience with many different enterprise applications such as Mobile Heartbeat, Rover/transport, homecare, outlook, boxer, Haiku, Canto, for example. This individual will be responsible for overall MDM situational awareness by being the "face” for MDM issues within Desktop Engineering. This position is accountable for providing guidance during the MDM on-boarding process, gathering and retaining information on the applications, as well maintaining the Airwatch OS. This individual is expected to participate in the on call schedule. Position will Supervise 2 subordinates. Bachelor Degree is required.
