Regulatory Support Manager

NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for a Regulatory Support Manager to support our client in Burbank, CA.

  • Understand our client's privacy and data practices identified by Legal, Data Governance (e.g. compliance with regulations, data protection provisions, web standards) and review web sites and applications for consumer privacy.
  • Identify tools and services for monitoring and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Tech to develop best practices, training documentation, consistent procedures and controls for how compliance will be achieved and risks eliminated
  • Utilize compliance tools to identify and validate issues – report findings to leadership and product team for review
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to perform gap analysis, assess impact and effort and resolve identified issues both inside the Technology Dept. and throughout the company.
  • Work closely with legal to collect all relevant information on an on-going basis and serve as a point of reference for all client divisions.
  • Establish guidelines and manage tools for compliance with global legal obligations
  • Coordinate across relevant departments (e.g. Executives, Tech, Data Governance, Legal and respective global teams) and external vendors (where applicable) to ensure that all project deadlines are achieved
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of an appropriate framework to monitor and manage privacy-related risks
  • Relevant regulatory process and web/tech experience desired. Project management certifications, a plus.
  • Web Technology Experience
  • Business and technical acumen
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to author and maintain clear, concise and well-constructed documentation
  • Experience leading business process change
  • Experience evaluating software modules and components
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, when necessary
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Information Governance, Data Protection and regulatory projects, a plus
