NTT DATA Services, a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator to support our client in Denver, CO.

  • Schedule meetings in MS Outlook
  • Synchronize MS Outlook Meeting requests for stage gate reviews with SharePoint calendar (WebEx connection details, etc)
  • Coordinate weekly project stage gate review sessions
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas
  • Publish notes from meetings
  • Publish project related content on PMO Wiki
  • Understand project methodology processes and procedures, answer process questions for Project Managers as needed
  • Document and publish new or revised policies and procedures as needed
  • Prepare project audit reports
  • Other duties as assigned

  • MS Office proficiency, including MS Outlook
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts
  • Analytic skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Complex formulas in Excel (a plus)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint lists and libraries (a plus)
  • Approximately 7 – 10 years experience (a plus)
