My client, a guidance technology, entertainment data and algorithms company, is in need of a Scrum Master.

The Scrum Master is responsible for applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory while maintaining flexibility to goals and objectives. Successful candidates will assess the Scrum maturity and coach to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. They will be responsible for interfacing with global teams and must have outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships.

  • Manages global scrum teams and drives delivery, ensuring action items are resolved.
  • Manages JIRA board(s) and incremental delivery metrics.
  • Responsible for conducting scrum ceremonies.
  • Partner with Product Owner to remove impediments.
  • Supports facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Partner with Bus OPS, Dev OPS and PMO divisions to ensure overall project and program success including timelines and deliveries are met.
  • Drives accountability and ownership.
  • 3-5 years of experience acting as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience in complex, enterprise-level development systems.
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC processes, procedures and tools.
  • General software development experience is a plus.
  • Relevant application experience (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience.
