Job Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 5-6 months with expected extensions into 2018
Location: Wallingford, CT
  • Application related projects
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Creating project documentation artifacts utilizing the client project governance procedures
  • Managing project budgets, scope, schedule and resources
  • Defining and managing projects using PMI best practices
  • Actively and aggressively manage scope, issues, and risks
  • Developing and maintaining product based work breakdown structures (WBS) and project schedules
  • Work closely with the project sponsor on the business and technical objectives of the project
  • Proper communication and escalation of status and issues
  • Managing multiple projects at one time
  • Adhere to defined process and procedure
  • Change Management

  • PMP certification
  • ITIL certified or ITIL methodologies

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Project Management - SDLC
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience with Client/Customer interfacing and Stakeholder management
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience with Implementation/Deployment of Projects
  • Software Dev or Infrastructure experience
